Eugene W. Bushala of Framingham died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006. He was the husband of Cindy Bushala. A professor emeritus at Boston College, he taught for 35 years in the department of classical studies. Besides his wife, he leaves his stepdaughter, Michelle Palmer and her husband, Todd, and their children, Evan and Kyle; his brother, Sam Bushala and his wife, Marian; and his nieces, Rosemary and Karen. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, Aug. 26, at 2 p.m., at their home for friends, colleagues and relatives. Funeral arrangements are by the Matarese Funeral Home in Ashland.
