Elizabeth Ann Roche, 82, of Ashland, formerly of Sheffield, MA; passed away, Monday, Feb. 2nd at Kathleen Daniel Nursing Home in Framingham. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Elizabeth (Mahoney) McCauley, and wife of the late Edmund F. Roche who died in 1984. A longtime resident of Sheffield, Elizabeth moved to Ashland in 2005. Mrs. Roche is survived by three daughters: Theresa Coburn and her husband George of Ashland; Patricia Blease of Holland, MA ; and Susan Norton of Framingham; and 8 grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Feb. 4th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Church in Ashland with burial to follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery in West Roxbury. One visiting hour will be held Wednesday from 8:00-8:45am prior to the Mass at the Matarese Funeral Home (www.mataresefuneral.com) 325 Main St. in Ashland.
