Elizabeth M. Gay, 77, of Framingham passed away Sunday July 10th. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Elizabeth (Connor) Halloran and wife of Woodie Gay.

In addition to her husband; she is survived by one daughter; Barbara Kieling of Seattle, WA; son; Russell Gay of Missoula, MT; three sisters; Margaret Pisani of Milford; Mary Gallerani of Holliston; Ann McLaughlin of Medway; and one brother, Daniel Sullivan of Medway. She was the sister of the late Eileen Whalen, Kathleen Vespa, and Peter Halloran.
