Elizabeth "Lil" Cuneo, 90 of Ashland passed away Thursday March 8th. She was the wife of the late Theodore Cuneo who died in 2005. A resident of Ashland for 55 years, Mrs. Cuneo worked as a teachers aid in the Ashland School System for many years retiring in 1992. She was an active member of the Ashland Seniors. Mrs. Cuneo is survived by five daughters: Elizabeth Poirier and her husband Robert of Manchester, NH; Lois Huddleson and her husband Richard of Framingham; Carolyn Kopka of Johnston, RI; Christine Cuneo-Lareau and her husband Roland of Searsport, ME; and Elaine Souchuns and her husband Chris of Ashland; eleven grandchildren; Jason, Nicole, and Morgan Poirier; Teddy and Lori Huddleson; Brooke, Gordon, and Justin Kopka; and Alexandra, Kari, and Valerie Souchuns; and twelve great-grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 12th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Church in Ashland with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland.
