Elena (Zaffino) Davies, 89 lifelong resident of Framingham passed away peacefully after a private battle with cancer and other complications.  Ellie was a devoted mother to her sons, Wesley and Matthew Davies.  She was one of eight children born to Nicola and Teresa Zaffino.  She is also survived by her sisters, Olga and Elaine, and nine nieces and nephews.  She is pre-deceased by brothers, Dom, Nicky, and Richard, and sisters, Elia and Lydia.

Ellie graduated Framingham High School in 1951 and went on to work as a secretary for many years.  She enjoyed her life cooking, baking, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her friends and family.  Ellie's sunny disposition will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
