Eileen A. (Cavatorta) Piso, of Ashland passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 18, 2015. At the age of 86, Eileen lived a joyous and full life. She was the loving wife of the late Samuel Piso, also of Ashland. Eileen was born and raised in Framingham and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Angelina Cavatorta. She was also the eldest of three children and survived her late sisters, Lorraine Callow and Jeanne Bertrand. Eileen had a career as the manager of Reliable Cleaners in Natick and, in later years, as the Proprietor of Sam's Radiator in Framingham. Although Eileen had a successful career, her greatest happiness came from baking and spending time with her family. Eileen is survived by her two daughters, Nancy and Susan, and their husbands, James Smith of Hopkinton and Thomas Turpin of Winchester, respectively. She also leaves her grandchildren: Caitlin Smith, Eileen Turpin, Kristen Turpin, and Elizabeth Turpin. Eileen adored her daughters and grandchildren, and her compassionate, loving soul will always live on through them. Additionally, Eileen is survived by her sister-in-law, Mary Bianco of Framingham; her brother-in-law, Anthony, and his wife, Barbara Piso of Hudson; her brother-in-law, John, and his wife, Mary Piso of Framingham; and her sisters-in-law, Rochelle Piso, of Beverly Hills, Florida, and Louise Piso of Framingham. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Thursday, July 23rd at 10:30a.m. in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main Street, Ashland. Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 5p.m. to 7p.m. at the funeral home. Her family offers their sincere gratitude to the staff of Home Instead of Northborough, who took care of her through her final years, and to Brookhaven Hospice of Framingham.
