Dolores Margaret Parnes, 85, of Framingham, formerly of Endwell, NY, passed away Thursday, Feb. 28th. Born in Chicago, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Casey) Walsh and wife of the late Seymour Parnes. Mrs. Parnes was a resident of Endwell, NY for over 40 years before moving to Framingham to be closer to family. She will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by four daughters: Mary Anderson and her husband Steve of Bolingbrook, IL; Judy Joyce and her husband Jerry/Dave of Ashland; Shelley Parnes of Decatur, GA; and Liz Franklin and her husband Lance of Laurel Hollow, NY; ten grandchildren: Colleen, Kelly, and Carrie Anderson; Jake and John Joyce; Daniel and Maria Rose Parnes; and Sean, Laura, and Grace Franklin; one brother, Tom Walsh of Chicago, and one sister-in-law, Peggy Walsh of Fayetteville, AR. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, March 4th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Church, 54 Esty St. in Ashland with burial to follow in Lake Grove Cemetery in Holliston. One calling hour will be held Monday from 8:00-8:45am prior to the Mass at the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
