Obituary

Deborah Ann Johnson, 60 of Uxbridge died peacefully at home, with Miss Molly her beloved dog at her side after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the daughter of Mary Jane and the late Gerard Johnson. She is survived by her brothers Gerard Johnson of Framingham and Kevin and his wife Karen of Hopkinton, sisters Liane Brooks and husband Thomas of Ashland and Christine Wall and husband Robert of Grafton, brothers Robert and wife Charlene of Ashland and Daniel and wife Melody of Auburn, and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her brother John. She was a graduate of Marion High School in Framingham and retired from a long career with the New England Telephone Company/Nynex. Her life was filled with many special hobbies including a passion for gadgets and cars, playing the trumpet, bird watching, and fishing. She enjoyed being at the ocean and was a collector of lighthouses and all things nautical. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be sent to the Humane Society.
