Dean S. Alberini, 39, of Ashland, passed away, Sunday, Nov. 4th at his home in Ashland. Born in Framingham, he was the son of Barbara (Colacchio-Alberini) Ahern and the late Alfred Alberini. A lifelong resident of Ashland, he was a dedicated and devoted physical therapist, avid bodybuilder, and fitness trainer who enjoyed keeping physically fit and teaching others to do so. He worked for 15 years at Therapy & Rehab Services in Framingham, where he was well known by many referring medical doctors to be a skilled therapist who loved to help sick people get well. He was loved and respected by his patients and co-workers for his dedication, passion, and enthusiasm. He performed his job to the highest standards and placed his patients in high esteem. He was a gifted therapist who had so much to offer and was driven to do his best. He will be missed by all. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters: Jean Bonavire of Ashland, and Janice Piccioli and her husband Edward of Ashland; four brothers: Richard Alberini and his wife Lori of Ashland; Mario, Alfred, and Anthony Alberini, all of Ashland; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 10th at 11:00am in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
