Dawna J. Dziubeck, 63, of Ashland passed away at her home on Tuesday, Oct. 20th, after a courageous two-year battle with Scleroderma. Dawna was born on May 22, 1952 to the late Earl and Grace (Dirth) Williams. She is survived by her husband of 34 years Thomas Dziubeck, one daughter, Jennifer Brogan and her husband Matthew of Charlestown, MA, and her two sisters, Sheryl Lawrence of Orange, MA, and Terry Brooks of Athol, MA. Dawna is a graduate of Mahar High School. She went to x-ray school following and became the radiology manager at UMass Amherst and the 5 colleges, where she met her future husband Tom, who was her DuPont X-Ray film sales rep. She was also a long time employee of Foreign Motors West in Natick as well as Herb Chambers BMW in Sudbury. Dawna loved party planning, and hosting and cooking for her friends and family. She especially loved to travel, planning many trips to Bermuda, California, France, and her favorite, Florida. Dawna dearly loved her extended family including all of her nieces & nephews, her co-workers, her cats, and her granddog Marley. She will be forever missed. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Oct. 24th at 9:00am in St. Matthew's Church, 105 Southville St., Southboro, MA. Calling hours will be held Friday from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland.
