SERVICES ARE RESCHEDULED DUE TO STORM.


David "Tica" Bratica, 59, of Ashland passed away unexpectedly at his home. He was the son of Albert Bratica and the late Margaret (Feccia) Bratica.  David worked as a carpenter for Local 475 for many years.  He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and member of the Modified Motorcycle Association.

In addition to his father, he is survived by two children, Garret M. Bratica and Shauna L. Bratica, both of Ashland, his former wife Wanda Bridges and her husband Wayne of Ashland, sister-in-law, Pamela Brown and her husband Donald "Deckie" Brown, several nieces and nephews, and his constant companion Blazer.  He was the brother of the late Albert Bratica Jr. who died in 2012.

Calling hours will be held Friday Jan. 5th from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland. A service of remembrance will be held Friday at 7:00PM following calling hours. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 15829, Arlington, VA  22215
