Clement "Budd" Hagerman 76 of Ashland, passed away January 6th at the Metrowest Medical Center in Framingham. He was the husband of Beverly (Berkebile) Hagerman., They had been married 53 years. Born in Marlborough he was the son of the late Leonard and Hilda Hagerman and he was a long time resident of Ashland. He served his country in the Unites States Marine Corp. during the Korean Conflict 1953-1956. He was a member of the American Legion Post 77 and the VFW Post 2331 both in Ashland. He also was a member of the Ashland Lions Club. He was a past commander of Post 77. A Past County Legion Commander and Department Sergeant of Arms 1983-1988, Past President of the Veterans Council in Ashland. Besides his wife he is survived by one son: Roy C. Hagerman and his wife Cindy of Sparks,NV. A daughter: Laura St. Pierre and her husband Sam of Hopedale. One granddaughter: Emma Marie Hagerman of Sparks,NV. One niece: Pam Merryfield and one nephew: Steve Cashes. One grandniece: Rae Merryfield. He was predeceased by his brother: Leonard and two sisters: Beatrice and Jeanette. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday morning January 10th at 11:00am in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home 325 Main St. Ashland,MA with an hour of visitation before service time.
