Clarence William Shaw, 89, of Southborough passed away Sunday Feb 3 ^rd after a period of declining health.  Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Clarence and Margaret (Saulnier) Shaw.  He was the husband of Virginia (Urban) Shaw who died in 2005.  Mr. Shaw worked as a truck driver for Holmes Transportation for many years before retiring.

Clarence is survived by three children, William J. Shaw and his wife Bernadette of Medway,  Christopher J. Shaw of Southborough,  and Ellen L. Shaw of Clinton, and two granddaughters,  Brittany Shaw and her husband Matthew of Milford and Carsten Shaw of VT.

Funeral services will be private.  Donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452
