Charles M. Wright, 82, of Framingham, died Thursday 22 October. He was born in Skowhegan, Maine and graduated from Framingham High School. He married Elaine D. Ciaschini in 1951. "Charlie" was a proud service member of the U.S. Navy and served in both WWII and the Korean wars. He was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and served as the Ashland Post Commander. He retired from General Motors in 1979. He is survived by his wife Elaine and three children - Wayne, Robert and Richard. He is also survived by three grand children. A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 8th at 12:30 pm in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland. One calling hour will be held from 11:30am-12:30PM prior to the service.
