Carol Mae Drew, 85 of Medway passed away Saturday Jan. 27th after a period of declining health.  She was the loving wife of the late William Drew.

Carol is survived by her sons Scott Drew and wife Sandra of Blackstone MA, William Drew and fiancé Katrina Domenech and her grandson Brandon Drew of Uxbridge, granddaughter Stephanie Mae Comastra and husband Jeremy, and grandchildren, Brianna, Thomas and Rachel Drew of Blackstone MA. She is also survived by her two great grandchildren, Daniel and Scarlette of Woonsocket RI,  as well as many nieces and nephews.

Carol was a devoted homemaker to her children and foster children and loved everyone she came across.  She was lovingly known as Nana Sparkles, which suited her to a tee.  She was the life of the party even toward the end when she wasn't feeling well. She will be missed so much but we know she is with her beloved Bill dancing in heaven.

A funeral service will be held Saturday Feb. 3rd at 11:00am in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland, MA.  Visiting hours will be held Saturday from 8:30-10:30am prior to the service.  In lieu flowers donations in Carol's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association – www.alz.org
