Calvin Warren Harrel, 86, of Ashland, passed away, Wednesday, Aug 11th at Metrowest Hospital in Framingham. He was the husband of the late Jean (St. John) Harrel who died in 2003. Mr. Harrel worked as a machinist with Snap-On Tools in Natick and was a devoted member of the Natick Church of Christ. A resident of Ashland for over 50 years, he was active with the Ashland Seniors. Calvin served his country honorably in the Navy during WWII. He is survived by six children: Robbin Eynon and her husband John of Bellingham; Jeannie Sebastian and her husband Ron of Ashland; Joy Montalbano and her husband Paul of Medway; Hope Page and her husband Cole of Northboro; two sons: Carey Harrel of Lakeland, FL; and Calvin J. Harrel and his wife Francine of Bellingham; six grandchildren; Daniel Harrel; Shayne Harrel; Christopher Brown; Dylan and Madison Page; and Natalie Montalbano; two great grandchildren; two sisters; Ila J. Kimbell and Edna Redding, both of Pittsburgh, TX; and one brother, John A Harrel of Tyler, TX. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 14th at 10:00am in The Natick Church of Christ, 324 North Main St. in Natick. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5:00-8:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O.
