Brianna Lynn Kirby, 19, passed away at Children's Hospital in Boston surrounded by her family on Saturday January 8, 2011 after a life long struggle with Cystic Fibrosis. Brianna lived in Natick for a majority of her life before moving to Bellingham, MA in 2004. Brianna graduated from Bellingham High School with honors in 2009 and hoped to pursue a career in photography. She enjoyed listening to music; especially the Drop Kick Murphys; going to the beach, horseback riding, snowmobiling, and spending time with her friends. Brianna is survived by her mother; Kimberly Walker and her husband Dean of Bellingham; her father; Shawn Kirby and his wife Michelle of Bellingham; two sisters; Vanessa Walker and Danika Kirby; and one brother; Max Walker; maternal grandparents; John and Betty MacPherson; paternal grandparents; Robert and Betty Kirby; great-grandmother; Florence James; uncle, Bill Woods, and aunt, Cindy Pandolphi. A funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00am in the Chapel of the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland followed by burial in Glenwood Cemetery in South Natick.
