Arthur A. Bonito, 91, of Ashland passed away December 31st in Northbridge after a period of declining health. He was the husband of the late Rose (Frusciante) Bonito,who died in 1998. Born in Framingham he was the son of the late Emilio and Olympia (Fiore) Bonito and had lived in Ashland since 1952. He was a machinist with the Raytheon Corp. for over 30 years, retiring in 1979. He was a long time member of St. Cecilia's Church in Ashland. He is survived by two sons: Arthur Bonito of Raleigh, NC and Richard Bonito of Hampstead, MD; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be said on Tuesday morning in St. Cecilia's Church, Ashland at 9:00AM with interment to follow in St. Tarcisius Cemetery in Framingham. Calling hours will be held from the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St., Ashland on Tuesday morning one hour before the Mass.
