Anthony Minucci, 81, of Ashland passed away Saturday June 27th after a short period of declining health.  Born in Avellino, Italy, he was the son of the late Giovanni and Silvia (Saccardo) Minucci.  Tony was the founding owner and operator of Minucci Auto Body in Ashland.  He was an active member of the Ashland Lions Club, supporting the Ashland community and citizens in need through countless hours of volunteering and fundraising.

Tony is survived by four loving children, Anthony M. Minucci and his wife Kathleen of Ashland, Karyn Minucci of North Attleborough, John Minucci and his wife Nanayo of Medway, and David Minucci and his wife Bridget of Holliston, 10 grandchildren, Tara, Lena, Kaila, Maria, Kathryn, Brianna, Tyler, Evan, Theodore, and Jackson, two great-grandchildren, Remi and Jameson, sister, Jean Butera of Natick, and his longtime partner, Barbara Boyle of Ashland.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wed. July 1st at 10:00am in St. Matthew's Parish, 26 Highland Street, Southborough, MA with burial to follow in Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland.  Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland, MA.
