Anthony Di Bona, 92, of Ashland, MA passed away in Framingham on February 18th after a period of declining health. He was the husband of the late Milena (Colizza) Di Bona and they had been married 53 years. Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Pasquale and Anna Di Bona and had lived in Ashland since 1958. He owned the New England Centerless Grinding Co. in Ashland. Although born with polio, through determination he was able to achieve and overcome every obstacle in his life and provided inspiration to the lives of others. He is survived by one daughter: Linda Di Bona of Burke, VA; One son: Anthony Di Bona Jr. of Foxboro, MA; One sister: Clara Mazzenga of Holliston, MA; Two grandchildren and four cousins. A funeral Mass will be said on Saturday morning at 10:00 am in St. Tarcisius Church in Framingham with interment to follow in the parish cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday evening from the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland, MA from 5-7:00pm.
