Alice Mary Marshall, 97, of Ashland passed away Friday Oct. 20th at her home. A lifelong resident of Ashland, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Alice (Ramsey) O'Malley and wife of the late Raymond Marshall who died in 2002. Alice worked as an assembler with Telechron in Ashland for many years and later worked in shipping at Sharon Bolt & Screw. She was a longtime parishioner at St. Cecilia's Parish in Ashland.

Mrs. Marshall is survived by four children; Kathleen Haynes of Marlboro; James Marshall of Ashland; Patricia Azus of New York; and Mary Julian and her husband Lou of Natick; daughter-in-law, Margaret Marshall of Chelmsford, MA; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was the mother of the late John Marshall and sister of the late Robert O'Malley.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday Oct. 24th at 9:00am in St. Cecilia's Parish, 54 Esty St. Ashland with burial to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Holliston. Calling hours will be held Monday from 4:00-7:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. Ashland.
