Biography

Domenica “Dolly” Mary Stefanini, 85, of Framingham, passed away, July 8th at Oak Knoll Healthcare Center in Framingham. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Egisto and Annita (Ceccarini) Betti and wife of the late Frank Stefanini who died in 1996. Mrs. Stefanini was a longtime member of St. Bridget’s Church in Framingham and founding participant in the Framingham Heart Study.
She is survived by one daughter; Anita Kaeding of Framingham; one grandson; Kevin Christopher Kaeding of North Grafton; one sister, Neda Skehan of Medway; four sister-in-laws; Tina and Eva Stefanini, Delores Betti, and dear friend and sister-in-law; Virginia Betti of Framingham; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Onellio, John, and Gino Betti.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, July 12th at 9:00am in St. Bridget’s Church in Framingham with burial to follow in St. Tarcisius Cemetery in Framingham. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 3:00-5:00 PM in the Matarese Funeral Home, 325 Main St. in Ashland. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Framingham Heart Study, 73 Mt. Wayte Ave. Framingham, MA 01702
